Employability Skills
Compass activities focus on both volunteer needs and the sustainable development of Compass. The activities foster a range of skills development that support those at an early stage on their employability pathway.
Compass is recognised as a provider of employability skills services by Aberdeen City Council.
We plan to develop these services further in the future using the rich resources of the Compass site particularly for those who have additional support needs.
