Compass has a wide range of volunteering opportunities; from gardening tasks such as sowing, weeding and watering to practical jobs utilising your DIY skills or driving our e-vehicle to help with transport. With regular week day sessions and first Saturday of the month volunteer days, we look forward to welcoming you onsite!
Who can volunteer?
Everyone is welcome at Compass! Volunteering is great for:

*Under 16s: If you are under 16 your parent or guardian will also need to agree that you volunteer at Compass by co-signing our parental / guardian consent form. Under 16s generally require an accompanying adult.

Volunteer Drivers
Thanks to our volunteer drivers, over 100 sustainable journeys have been made transporting our Skills for Health participants and volunteers to and from Compass since May 2023 to end March 2024.
That’s a whopping 2834 sustainable miles used to support the project using our e-vehicle charged with solar power!
