Olivier Billaud
Outdoor Areas Manager
Olivier supports the development of CWT outdoor areas including the garden areas along with opportunities for volunteers.
Olivier has a PhD in Ecology and Management with postgraduate experience in organic and biodiverse farming management.

Petra Dearsley
Outdoor Areas Worker
Petra supports Olivier with the outdoor areas of the project, with a particular focus on the garden areas at Compass.
Petra has over 33 years experience working with children, young people and adults with additional support needs in various Camphill Communities, laterally in the last 12 years as an Early Years Practitioner and Forest School Leader with pre-school children.

Jonny Goodban
Volunteer & Social Prescribing Coordinator
Jonny is the main contact for volunteers, including participants of the Skills for Health: Social Prescribing service.
He has 15 years of experience living and working with adults with learning disabilities and other additional support needs. Jonny also has experience in estates maintenance and management.

Shaun McIntosh
Activities & Booking Co-ordinator
Shaun has the overview of the North Point bookings and carries the responsibility of planning and implementing engaging activities for children, adults, families and community groups at Compass.
Shaun has a background in sports coaching, having worked in various roles before joining the Compass Team in February this year.

Aileen Primrose
Advisor to Board & CEO
Aileen has overall responsibility for the smooth running of CWT and its latest project, Compass.
Aileen has a PhD in Agricultural Zoology with experience teaching undergraduate medical students as well as in community education. Over 20 years experience of managing Camphill Wellbeing Trust.

Craig Strachan
CWT CEO
Craig has responsibility for all operational functions of the charity and at the Compass Project.
He has significant experience of management and leadership within the further education sector as well as project management experience. He holds a BSc in Sport and Society.

Ben Abel
Operations & Development Manager
Ben is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Compass Project, supporting the development of the site and promoting community connections and volunteer opportunities.
Ben has over 12 years experience working in the care sector, having initially come to Aberdeen in 2012 as a volunteer. Ben has a degree in Social Work and has a particular interest in health, sport and project development.
