Lower School Building
Situated on the lower part of the site, this single-storey building was built around 1970 and is in poor condition.
It is of poor-build quality with extensive asbestos. Successful and cost-effective refurbishment is not possible and it is likely that in the future, this building site will be cleared and the space used for a mix of eco-friendly building and car parking spaces potentially with solar-panels.
