BECOME A VOLUNTEER
Join us onsite and help make a difference to Compass during our weekday or Saturday sessions. With both indoor and outdoor tasks across a wide range of areas, there’s bound to be something to appeal to your tastes!

CORPORATE VOLUNTEERS
We welcome corporate groups looking to support a local project whilst engaging in meaningful, team-building work.
YOUNG VOLUNTEERS
We offer opportunities for school groups to take part in a range of team-building activities, education sessions and work experience. Compass also supports those volunteering for their Saltire or Duke of Edinburgh Awards.
EMPLOYABILITY SERVICES
Compass works with Aberdeen City Council to provide a space for those seeking experience working outdoors, learning a new skill and enhancing their employability profile.
